We accept all major insurance carriers, including Medicare/Medicaid. Most major insurance carriers do not require pre–authorization for physical therapy services, except Medicare/Medicaid. If you choose to see a Physical Therapist initially and you have Medicare, the Physical Therapist can call or write your medical doctor to obtain the appropriate paperwork to have your visit covered by Medicare.
